Miguel has taken impeccable care of our properties and manages them like they were his own.

He communicates in a timely manner and always follows through. He has had the unfortunate experience of managing 2 different floods (in 1 unit) only months apart which was difficult, at best. He is professional, discreet and has his pulse on the real-estate market. So, I trust his advice when it comes to updating my units, market price for rent, tenant issues, and everything else when it comes to managing these properties. He keeps meticulous financial records so my taxes are easy to manage and I have the documentation to support my deductions. The rents always come on time and we have never had an issue with tenants paying rent because they are vetted carefully.

In short, having Miguel as my property manager allows me to focus on other areas of my life and I honestly don't even think about my units because I know Miguel has them.

Miguel came highly recommended by a good friend, who had a similar great experience with him. He was responsive from the first call I made to him. He was quick to respond to every text, every forwarded email I sent him asking about properites I had seen around town and always gave me encouraging but realistic feedback. He brought a unique perspecitve to my search, helping me to see with my head and not just my heart! I ended up bidding on a few properities that got away, but Miguel was in there every step of the way negotiating for me and it was always my decision when to stop. In the end, I found a great Townhouse within the first month of my search, closed within 30 days, and am now preparing to move in!

Miguel set me up with email recommendations, no pressure. When i found a house i was interested in he took us to look at it on a Monday, we made an offer Tuesday, which was accepted Wednesday, and we closed escrow less than 30 days later - including with the Christmas and New Year's holidays! He was super patient and helpful explaining all the documents, and checking to be sure things were on track. He recommended people for the work we decided to do prior to moving in, and made some great suggestions also. Then, he sold my other house for me! There is no way I would use anyone else or recommend anyone but Miguel!

Unlike the vast majority of real estate agents out there, Miguel is a true real estate professional. Miguel knows virtually every area of San Diego from being a certified real estate appraiser and agent for all these years, He was able to help steer me away from certain pockets and showed me other areas that I had not though to investigate. Miguel has experience in so many facets of real estate (renovating, flipping, renting, appraising, purchasing, selling, etc.), that he was able to (and continues to draw from) in providing valuable advice and guidance. He is also a great communicator. He has this unique ability to be likable, friendly, and down to earth yet he can also be firm when he needs to be. Miguel is an extremely hard worker, seemingly always available, and willing to help in whatever context that means. He was with me every step of the way. We visited several properties together, sometimes multiple times. When I wasn't able to make it, Miguel would go scope things out and shoot video and pictures to help me get a better idea of the property. After we closed escrow, Miguel scheduled several of his contractors to come meet us and give us bids. Miguel provided valuable construction insight and his contractors all did excellent work, were cost effective, and delivered on the established timelines. He was there to support me when I had to give a difficult tenant a lease termination notice as well as when I needed help during the lease up process. Miguel continues to be available for me whenever I have a question about anything. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone who has real estate needs.
